It’s going to be a bitterly cold weekend this weekend. I really need to dig out my turtlenecks and my heated blanket. Tomorrow they are calling for temperatures in the minus 27 range and let me tell you all that I am not looking forward to that. I absolutely despise winter (I think I’ve mentioned this many, many times), but if I have to take snow or cold, I will take snow any day. Hopefully this cold freeze doesn’t last too long. Man…. I can’t wait for spring!!

Later on today I will be dyeing my hair once again. I am only 41 years old, but without the dye jobs, I look about 50. Without the added color in my hair, I am completely white! Completely! I have to dye my hair about every six weeks and I get so tired of it. So I normally put it off as long as possible and then it’s so bad that I have no choice but to dye it. So later on today I will be looking 41 again. Who knows maybe I’ll dig out the wrinkle lotion and look even younger than 41. lol

I seriously despise winter. It’s so cold and dry and miserable. Right now the temperature in our area is minus 13 with a windchill factor of minus 22. Man…. that’s cold. And when it’s cold like this, the air is very dry as well, which causes another problem for me. And… that problem would be acne. During the winter months I spend so much money on acne spot treatments that it’s really not funny. When it warms up, I don’t spend nearly as much money on these treatments. So not only do I hate winter because of the wind and the cold, but it plays havoc on my health as well. Only a couple of months until spring arrives. Hopefully I’ll survive until then.
