My house is such a mess and I don’t care. I haven’t been able to get very much done these past few days as it’s been way, way to hot to do anything inside. We are right in the middle of a massive, record breaking heat wave. And since I live in a mobile home, the heat in here is unbearable. But it’s supposed to end sometime this weekend. So I think I will be able to start getting things done once again. As soon as it’s cool enough in this house I’m going to clean the kid’s rooms and sort out all their toys and then I’ll take it from there.

Every couple of weeks I normally treat myself to a KFC chicken bowl. Man… these things are so good. I could eat so much that I should invest in some slimming pills just to make up for the extra calories I take in. Well today was the day for my bi-weekly chicken. I can’t say I was impressed. I don’t know who made it, but it really didn’t taste the same as it normally does. I was quite disappointed. Oh well, stuff happens like that sometimes I guess. I just hope the next one tastes the same way as it did before.

Seriously folks, if you could see me right now you would laugh your freaking butt off. Today was the day I decided to dye my hair and look my age once again and let me tell you all that right now I’m not a real pretty sight. As I sit here typing this post, I am sitting here with a crap load of dye in my hair. In a few minutes I need to rinse it out, but until then I look like a freak. I guess it’s a good thing I’m home alone today. But soon… I will once again look 41 and not 51. So I guess it’s okay that I look a little strange for a little while longer.

Well I finally figured out my new Canon camera. So what does that mean for you all? That means once again I will be able to start posting more pictures. I have two small children at home, so I always have a photo opp. But until lately, I haven’t been able to figure out how to upload them on to my computer. But the battle has been won and I have finally figured out how to do this. So…. very soon you will get to meet my entire family, if only through pictures.
