Finally the kid’s Easter break is over and life can get back to normal. Both kids went back to school today so that gives me a bit of time to get things in my home straightened away again. They weren’t actually that bad this time around for their fighting, but they certainly destroyed the house in their time at home. So today I’ve got a ton of housework to do. But at least their break is over and now I can have a little break of my own.

I don’t know if I am coming down with the flue or if something more serious is going on, but I ache all over. Honestly at this point because I hurt so much I might consider investing in a electrostimulation type of treatment to make this pain all go away. I have been feeling like this for the past few days and I’m really sick (pardon the pun) to death of it. Normally I don’t get sick so when I do, I get a little worried. Oh well, hopefully it’s just the flue and it goes away on it’s own, SOON! So… if I don’t see you all again for a few days, you will know the reason.

Well this coming weekend it’s Easter. What are your Easter plans? We really don’t have any. My husband will be on call all weekend so that pretty much means that we will have to stick close to home. And I have to work Easter Sunday so that day is kind of shot too. Hopefully we will be able to get a little fun in this weekend. But if not, I think the kids will still have a bit of fun. After all, Easter weekend means the kids have a long weekend and that always makes them happy.

Over the weekend I was looking up unique baby gifts for my niece and my computer froze up and then seriously crashed on m! This is absolutely not good. I don’t have the money right now to replace it, but I really do need access to a computer to get all my online work done. So my husband has so generously allowed me to do the work on his computer. The only problem with this is that when he’s home I don’t get the computer. So my work really does depend on him being out of the house. I guess for now we’ll have to do things this way but I really will need to get my own computer soon.

Well it’s another long weekend for the children. Not for me and my husband, but the kids get a little extra time off from school. Earlier this week they both brought home their report cards and today is the day for parent teacher meetings. So that is why both the children are home from school today. I don’t plan on going to these meetings as both the kids did great on their report cards.

So now I’m setting myself up for a day and a weekend of fighting. The kids sure love their long weekends, but I sure don’t. But, before you know it the weekend will be over and these children will be right back where they are supposed to be, IN SCHOOL!

I don’t know about you guys, but the older I get the faster time seems to fly. I honestly can’t believe that it’s April already. Where has the time gone?? So since it’s a new month, it’s once again time for me to evaluate things and try to figure out how I’m going to spend my time more productively in the month to come. Plus I need to think about buying birthday presents, grading presents and anniversary presents for friends and family. I found a company called Personal Creations, Inc ?Linked In in this site and I think I might be able to make a lot of purchases from. They offer great personalized gifts at amazing prices. So I think I might get one of my goals accomplished this month. If the time keeps flying as it has been I’ll soon be looking for Christmas presents once again as well.
