Well both kids have now spent three days in their new grades at school and are both extremely happy with their teacher’s and how school has progressed so far.  My son is especially happy with his grade 3 teacher.  This makes me so happy.  He is quite shy and takes a while to warm up to people.  But when he does, he has made a friend for life.  His teacher last year was OK but he didn’t talk about her like he talks about this teacher.  And when Daniel likes a teacher he will try his best to please her.  So I’m expecting that his grades may pick up as well.

Now Kara on the other hand adapts very well to change and new people so I don’t have any concerns as far as this year goes for her.  It’s quite an exciting time for her as it is the last year for her in elementary school.  So if this first week is any indication of how the next few months will go, I really don’t think I’m going to have a whole lot of worries this year.
