Camping season almost here

Now that the camping season is almost here, I have been getting things ready for our upcoming season. I have dug out the coolers, all the kids camping toys and all our camping bedding. Now that I’m in the frame of mind of getting ready for the season I have also been looking around different sites for more affordable life insurance. Because we travel so much during this time of year, I would really like to be covered as much as I can. Unfortunately things in life do happen and I’m the type of person that likes to be prepared. Hopefully I won’t need this extra coverage, but better save than sorry.

We have a financial advisor and he recommends term life insurance. He says that the kind that claims to earn you interest never performs the way it says it does and it is so much more expensive for an interest rate that ends up worse than a typical bank CD.

I think we pay like $21/mo for $750,000 worth for a 20 year term.
