Improving my memory

Published by User ImageKim at 12:11 pm under health, general

Last night I was watching a show on TV on how to improve one’s memory. I found this show to be extremely informative and interesting as for the past few years I have noticed that my memory is getting pretty bad. Even on the important issues. So I am going to try some of these tricks that I learned last night and see if they will work to improve my memory. It’s not a real big issue in my life, but it can be quite annoying at times. Although I am not quite 40, my memory is actually worse than my grandmother’s who is 86 and I would really like to improve on this.

My memory is getting terrible too and I’m only 34! I’ll have to try and find some tricks to help my memory! I need real help when it comes to figuring out where I put my car keys or if I’ve taken my vitamin for the day! LOL!

For me the worst things are those, I do automatically. It is like I even do not realize that I done them, like shutting the door :-) Or just everyday things… sometimes I do not remember what I did few minutes later or what I said… And I’m only 21… Maybe I’m starting to be little afraid…

Heh, I’m not even 30 yet and my memory is awful. I’ve got the brain fog already! When the doctor asks me about it I always hear the words “fibromyalgia” and “menopause” and I just want to crawl in a hole and hide for the rest of my life -lol-
