It’s been two years

Two years ago my brother moved quite far away and hasn’t been home since. We still keep in contact with one another over the phone and through e-mails, but it’s still not the same as him being here. That’s why I was so happy when I received his latest e-mail telling me that he is planning a trip home this summer. He has managed to secure his wife and himself some inexpensive tickets on cheap flights that are headed this way. Although it will be nice to see my brother and his wife this summer, what would make it even sweeter, is if his entire family could fly back as well. This way I could then see all my great-nieces and nephews as well. But maybe another summer.

That’s good news. I have a brother too and would really miss him. I was the one who moved far away a few years ago. I am back now. The only one we seldom see if my little sister now.
