Not a good day today

I honestly can’t tell you if my problem stems from the fact that I’m getting older or what. But, I’m having a serious sleeping problem lately. It takes me forever to fall asleep and then I don’t sleep soundly the whole night. I am awake on and off all night and it’s really starting to annoy me. Last night was no different than any other night these past two weeks and I’m seriously starting to get tired.

Here it is only 11:00 am in the morning and I could just lay right down and go to sleep. But I know once I laid down, I wouldn’t be able to sleep and I would just end up being annoyed again. I really don’t want to go to the doctor and get sleeping pills, but it looks like I’m going to have to do something soon or soon I’ll be walking around like a zombie. And, I’m pretty sure that I’m not the easiest person to live with when I don’t get my full 8 hours.

I must be getting old too. I have a hard time sleeping lately too. :o(

Can you try Tylenol PM? I have to take it every now and then. I know the frustration of trying to sleep and can’t. The entire house is asleep and I’m wide awake. So if I’m not asleep by 1 or 2 AM, I take some Tylenol PM. It’s not addicting.
