Excellent night to stay in

Published by User ImageKim at 8:28 pm under blogging, home, general

Well I had some major plans of going out to get some groceries tonight after my husband gets home, but after experiencing a day of freezing rain with no let up in sight, I think it will be a perfect night just to stay put.  It actually gives me a good excuse not to go out in the freezing, cold and icy roads.  Tomorrow is a new day and it’s suppose to be quite nice.  So I think I’ll just stay home tonight and do a little computer work or some crafting and venture out to the grocery store first thing in the morning.  The only bad thing about that, is then I will have to take both kids with me.  On a night like tonight I am quite thankful that I’m not in dire need of these groceries as I don’t enjoy the shopping experience itself and I would really hate it if I had to fight the weather just for a loaf of bread.

How’s the weather where you at?  Any big plans for the night?

This is really sad to admit, but I am in DIRE need of groceries, and I still don’t want to go out tonight. I think I’ll take the kid to breakfast tomorrow and then shop for groceries. Ugh…

It was warm today, near 70 and it is comfortable outside now with clear skies. I am in North Carolina. I hate the freezing rain. We use to get that a lot here. But not in the past cpl years. Stay Warm

Freezing rain would be an excellent excuse to stay home, in my opinion! It’s sunny and warm down here in the Sunshine State. I spent last night reading! Isn’t that exciting? ;)

Hi! I just found your blog via Entrecard visits :-)

We’re expecting a HUGE storm up here in Southern Ontario… up to 50cm (19 inches) in some areas. Should make for an interesting weekend for sure! :-)
