Has it been two years already?

Published by User ImageKim at 1:44 pm under life

I know this is going to sound pretty silly to you all.  But one of the things in life that I absolutely hate is getting my hair cut!  I despise walking into a hair salon and having some stranger touch my head.  I really have to wonder if I have a repressed memory to a hair dresser. lol  This is how bad I hate it.  But, every two years whether I need to or not, I venture into my nearest hair cutting salon and get a hair cut.  Well my two years are up and I really need to make an appointment and go.  I have actually thought about going to hair dressing school just so I can learn how to cut my own hair and then I would never have this problem and would probably be able to get a hair cut sooner than every two years.

So, my two years is up and I will be heading to hairdressers within the next couple of day.  Wish me luck!!

My daughter is a hair stylist and so comes right to my home and cuts our hair. I recommend growing your own private hairstylist as she not only cuts our hair but brings grandchildren to visit. Now, I know that is way in the future for you but it gives you a goal, huh?

You sound like me! I hate spending money on a haircut so I wait a year or two until it’s really shaggy.

I cut my own hair, John’s hair, Sharla’s hair and just about every one in my family.

My grandmother once told me that letting evil people touch your hair will make it fall out, so I’ve always been wary of letting anyone touch my hair. I mean, she learned if from her Cherokee grandmother so it just HAS to be true!! *lol*

I also hate going to the hairdressers and I thought I was the only one until I also blogged about it some months ago…

Hope it goes well for you, show us your style :)
