I really prefer life in the olden days when all you needed to do was buy a 35mil camera and some AA batteries and then you were all set. Now with my digital camera it seems that I am always searching for my rechargeable batteries and battery charger. Oh I know that I can just put some AA batteries in and be on my way, but then what would be the point in have these types of batteries?! So you can all guess what I will be doing today, I will be searching for these stupid batteries and their charger. Yeah, just what I wanted to do on a Saturday afternoon.

Well I have to say that I’m not real impressed these days. I took my car in for it’s annual auto inspection and it failed. The shop quoted me a price of well over $1000 to get it fixed. For this amount of money it almost makes sense for me to look at purchasing another car. I know it would cost a lot more to purchase another vehicle instead of fixing the one that I have, but because my car is so old, it might make more sense to put my money into a newer vehicle. of course for a large purchase like this, I would have to do some research into obtaining some Auto Loan Financing.
Thankfully there are companies available that are willing to help people out there who need financing but may not be able to get financing through traditional means. One company that I discovered through my research process will help me get the amount of money that I require without charging exorbitant interest rates to go along with this loan. The are extremely helpful and informative and if I ever make up my mind on which route I will choose to go, I will definitely be checking into this site a little more carefully.
Finally!! After a long month both of the kids are feeling better and both are back to school today. I was starting to get a little concerned that my daughter would not make it back to school today. But, over the weekend with lots of rest and relaxation, she turned around. She is 100% better today than she was this time last week and I honestly think that the worst of all these illnesses is behind us. So, with both of them being back in school today I have a lot of work that needs to get done. It’s quite suprising what you can’t get done when you have little people underfoot. So today will be a day of cleaning and shopping and hopefully this trend of feeling good will continue right into the Christmas break!
Have you ever had a problem trying to get rid of an old car that you have no use for anymore? I did a few years ago and I really wish that I had been aware of this company that will take a car donation and put it to good use. This non-profit company will accept any car donation and then they turn around and make videos for kids and teens. They have given away over 2 million videos to date. This is an awesome way for you to not only get rid of a vehicle that is no longer any use to you, but you are also helping out a non-profit organization in the process.
This past month I got involved in making some pieces of homemade jewelry. Although the pieces don’t look quite as professional as some pieces of costume jewelry that I have seen, I still think I did pretty good for my first attempts. So tomorrow I am going to participate in my very first craft fair. I am going to try to sell the pieces that I have created. I don’t have much inventory ready for the sale but I do have enough to determine if this type of crafting will be profitable for me. After tomorrow’s sale, I will definitely let you all know how I make out and if I will continue to make some homemade jewelry in the future.
