Thinking Outloud

In the spring my husband’s father plans on selling his four bedroom house and looking at condos for sale. Where it’s only him now, a four bedroom house is really too big for just one person and because he is getting older, the upkeep on the house is also getting to be too much for him. So to make things easier on him he will be looking at purchasing a condo. We have already found him a couple of nice ones that would suit his needs but he wants to wait until the spring to sell his home as in the spring the housing market should pick up. So, in the spring he will be moving and I know this move will be a good thing for him.
