I’m back! Over the weekend I got an e-mail from my hosting company that there was a problem with my account so they deactivated all my blogs. This was not good! In the e-mail they described the problem but since I had no clue as to what they were talking about I figured I was probably just going to end up not blogging any more. But I decided that before I took this drastic measure I would send in a support ticket and see if they could help me. Well as you can see I am back up and running so they did help me. So now I can once again start posting about car title loans Delaware and anything else that catches my eye. I hated this experience and really really hope this never happens again. But if it does I at least now know that I can contact my hosting company and they will help me. That’s a good feeling!

After three straight days of raining the sun is finally out today. We live on a hill so really were in no danger of flooding but a whole lot of other people did end up flooding. It poured rain for three days straight and yesterday was the worst day of all. I’m pretty sure all the outdoor fountains don’t need any water now. Although the sun is out today they are actually calling for more rain tomorrow and Sunday so I’m going to really enjoy this day. But my thoughts on the whole thing is that at least it’s not snow.

My boss is pretty sneaky. She has been at me now for over four years to work full time. I don’t want to so have kept putting it off. For the past four years I have work three days a week, around 10 hours a week. And for me this was enough. But lately she keeps throwing me on extra shifts. I guess she thinks that if I work them and don’t say anything, she’ll just keep giving them to me and eventually she’ll work me back into full time. She’s cute to try this. lol But I see what she’s doing and have actually started trading shifts to try to get rid of these extras. Maybe eventually I’ll go back to full time, but when I’m ready and not before.

Can you believe it?? The kids get another long weekend. Tomorrow the teacher’s have meetings so the kids have no school for that day. They’re pretty lucky as when I was growing up we never had the time off that they have. As far as I know they don’t have to finish up a lot of school work over the weekend except my daughter’s project on steel buildings so they will have a lot of time to play and relax. The weather is supposed to be nice this weekend and both my husband and I are off work so maybe we can do something this weekend with them as well. Oh well, not that much time for school is left so I guess I’ll just have to practice this weekend getting along with them as I’ll have to do this very shortly for two long months.

My youngest son really hasn’t been a big fan of school. But I thought this year would be different as he was moving up to a different school. I thought the different atmosphere plus the little bit of extra freedom would make him enjoy school better, but this hasn’t been the case. If anything he’s gotten worse concerning school. I spent over half an hour this morning fighting with him to go to school and in the end kept him home as I figured I’d only get a call to come get him anyway. He claims he was sick, but I know he wasn’t. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the fact his teacher called me last night over a cargo net writing assignment or not. But tonight his father and I are going to sit down with him and he’s not going to be happy with the outcome. This kid only has eight weeks left of school I’m sure he can make it.

Since I really don’t use my craft/office room like I had intended to, I have decided to turn this particular room into a music room for the kids. Right now they really have no room to play with their denon products so most of their musical stuff just sits in their closets. But if they had the room to go in their and play and display their stuff I think they might get more use out of these instruments. It’s going to be a big job to convert everything over, but I do think when this project is finally complete it will solve the problem of the kids not being able to play. I haven’t used this room in many months so I honestly don’t think I’ll mind losing it to the kids and all their musical stuff.

After four days of steady pouring rain, today the sun has finally started to come out. We have received so much rain these past few days that they have actually had to close down a few streets due to flooding. Thankfully we don’t flood as we live high on a hill but I really do feel bad for those people who have to endure flooded basements. Hopefully the sun stays out for most of the day today to dry things up a little bit. We are supposed to see more rain tomorrow but hopefully not get as much as we have been getting over the past few days.

Yeah I know I say this every few months, but I really do think it’s finally time to leave my current employer. I have been employed there for almost 12 years so leaving has been a hard decision for me. But there is a lot of things happening at my work that I don’t agree with and I don’t think things are going to get any better. So I have been checking out some job sites and have even considered obtaining a publix job application. I honestly don’t want to go into a different field of work after having been a waitress for almost 12 years but things at my work right now are really starting to get to me and I think I really need to go. So I guess it’s back to looking up job sites and finding new employment.

Well it’s almost time once again to start thinking about grading presents for the kids. Although they’re not quite done the school year yet, I know both of them will pass so buying anything now will not be a waste of money. Now normally we just get them a video game but this year I’d like to buy something different. My son plays way…. to much video games so I really don’t want to purchase him another. I found some pretty neat hiking backpacks that I’m thinking about getting them. We do a lot of camping in the summer and they both need a new backpack for this activity. I think this would be a great alternative to something that they really don’t need anyway. I do still have a bit of time to decide so I’ll keep this idea in the back on my mind and start looking around for a different kind of grading present this year.

I am really not making much cash these days on the Internet. A couple of years ago I had so much work I had a real hard time keeping up with it all. I even ended up dropping a company that was sending me quite a bit of work as I really couldn’t do the jobs very much justice. But now… I really could use that extra cash and work. I’ve even considered writing to them and asking about working with them again. Yes I would be mainly writing about apidextra side effects and things like that, but at least I would have some steady income coming in. I’ve got to do something. My bank account is getting pretty small these days and I really don’t like that.
